Classics Illistrated The Man in the Iron Mask & Notes door Alexandre Dumas
This classic graphic novel is about a mother that has twins. She can only keep one.The one she keeps becomes a king and the one she gives up becomes a peasant.They end up trading places, and the peasant runs the kingdom.

I enjoyed this novel because I have the movie. It was enjoyable to compare the differences between the movie and the novel.

In the classroom, I would bring my movie for the class to watch. We would compare the movie with the novel, and discuss the differences. I would also have them do a "short-version" of their own graphic novel.… (meer)
