I had a lesson, in my youth (yes, I can still remember it- just!), from a Hindi lady who was able to be of a scientific mind and still respect elephant headed gods. At the time, I struggled to understand but, at least a little wisdom has entered my life, and I am now happy to accept a couple of unbelievable things before breakfast.

It was in this frame of mind that I approached Mr Pond's book. Sadly, to prevent hysterical laughter, one needs to accept the improbable in greater quantities than I have been able to do. I, therefore, consigned this book to the 'yes, thank you' pile and moved on to Alice in Wonderland: ah, something that I can believe in!… (meer)

The author uses the sun, moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto to describe various emotions and relationships in connection with Zodiac signs. Each chapter presents a theory, has self-development exercises, and relates the theory to relationships for each Zodiac sign. There are key characteristics assigned to each sign that describes how the sign affects relationships with people with different signs and areas to work on to improve relationships. Suggested readings and other books available from the publisher are included after the conclusion.
