Go for Launch: An Illustrated History of Cape… door Joel W. Powell
An unique and very useful history of the Cape and NASA. The pictures alone are the price of the book. Too bad it is not in color and with a larger format.
This book is 300 pages of rare photograps of Cape Canaveral through all phases of it's history. The only drawback of this book is the fact it isn't big enough. Too many pictures are crammed into a single page, loosing valuable, interesting details. And there were more than a few techical errors related to photo descriptions that I was able to find. However, this book does provide unique insight to an area of history that little is available for. Great to look at.
