It was well written and chock full of great tips to keep a clean, cavity-free mouth you'll be happy to live with. Usually you hear the same old advice…brush your teeth twice a day, floss, rinse with mouthwash, but Mr. Reed gives us tips on changing and supplementing our diet to keep our teeth from being so cavity prone in the first place. Of course, it's still the best advice to keep your mouth clean, but you'll learn other ways to help within this book.

I was happy to read this quick book that I found filled with useful information. It didn't take much of my time and just a few easy changes will have my mouth in a pretty good mood too! By slightly changing my diet, it will not only help my teeth, but my overall health too. I'll readily pass the name and author of this book along to my friends and family and I'm sure they'll do the same. Thank you for writing this book, Mr. Reed! 5 Stars… (meer)
