While there are possibly more documents that have surfaced since then it is still a very useful resource.
One of the strangest pieces of information that I found in it was that as well as braziers, founders, glaziers, pattern-makers, pewterers, pin-makers, tinplate-workers, trunk-makers, ironmongers and girdlers the Guild of Smiths also included Embroiderers...
For example:
Hosiers and Knitters
Patron: St. George
[Illustration of crest here]
The guild of hosiers and knitters was founded in 1688 by royal charter (4 James II) and was twenty first in order of precedence in the Dublin City Assembly. The swearing-in day was the feast of St. George (23 April). The guild colours (1767) were white, blue and copper.
Meeting-places: from around 1783 to 18-1, the guild meet in Tailor's Hall; in 1807, it met in Hoey's Court; from 1808 to 1811 in the City Assembly House; and from 1816 ti 1841 at Weavers' Hall, the Coombe.
