Dolphin Tale: The Junior Novel door Scholastic

A young boy named Sawyer finds a dolphin that has been wounded from a crab trap. He helps rescue the dolphin, named Winter, and sends her to an aquarium to rehabilitate and learn to survive outside the ocean and without a fin. Though the course of treatment, Sawyer and Winter build an unshakable bond with each other and its that special connection that helps bring healing to the dolphin. Sawyer suggests that they make a prosthetic fin for the dolphin and talks a doctor into making one so Winter could swim again. What seemed impossible became possible with the help of everyone. The new tail becomes an inspiration of hope to the dolphin and she learns to swim again.
This is a very inspiring story filled with hope. It has an uplifting and positive theme that young adults can relate to. I loved that it included an 8 page full color insert with photos from the movie. An easy read about the relationships between humans and animals. Highly recommend for young readers looking for a short chapter book.

This is a very good book it's about a boy who finds a dolphin on shore trapped in a cage so he calls the marine biology center every day he goes and sees the dolphin one day they found out they had to cut off the tale later on they found out she would die that's when I started to cry then the boy got in touch with a doctor who makes like those fake legs so after trying many times the dolphin finally gets a new tale and dose not die you can go see winter on florida

This book is very good but there are a few sad parts in it. Other than that this book is amazing!! READ THIS BOOK!!!
