I am sure you have all realized by now I LOVE BBW Romance and erotica books and As He Bids by Olivia Rigal is up in my top 10! oh my goodness I identified with how Hannah feels in certain parts of this book. In the very beginning of the book we find Hannah waiting with all the other interns waiting to find out when she is placed. She is excited to be in the same building as the man she has had a crush on since she was 12! but at the same time she doesn’t feel as polished as the receptionist Tabitha, she feels rumpled net to her. But then she spots her crush, the delicious Bruce Nelson walk though the lobby and smile so nicely at the receptionist, that jealousy invades her…

I am going to leave the story there, as I don’t want to give away too much of the deliciousness. Olivia Rigal’s style of writing just flows and I just flowed along with it. As I am not so much into art, I had to look up a couple of the artists and art pieces she spoke about (thank you Google), but that didn’t take anything away from the book. It is a hot and sexy piece of erotic fiction, but it also has an amazing plot and it just sucked me right in!

This book was short but sweet and I loved it. The character development was strong, as was the storyline. Piston is a VP in an MC who works well with his best friend, and foster brother, Chaser. Formerly being in foster care has given them a lacking sense of trust in others, except for those who have earned their trust within the Category 5 Knights MC. One night, Chaser and Piston meet Holly and Belle, 2 women who stand out from the typical women they would use for the night. This story focuses on Piston's growing relationship with Belle which has to overcome obstacles in the form of secrets, miscommunication, and mistrust. Thankfully, these obstacles are hurdled without whining or excessive drama. I really enjoyed the give and take of power and submission between these characters. Piston liked being VP and did not have an interest in being "Prez", yet was a force to be reckoned with in regards to others within their MC and other MCs. He also was fairly dominant with women but had moments of submission to Belle. I highly recommend this story for any reader who likes a quick and steamy romance. For those who may be sensitive to some themes there is violence, sex, and foul language in this book.
