- Nancy Snow is a well-known public diplomacy and propaganda studies scholar who worked at the U.S. Information Agency and Department of State during the Clinton Administration. She is the author, editor, and co-editor of 14 books in five languages. They include "Information War," "Propaganda and American Democracy," "The SAGE Handbook of Propaganda," and the "Routledge Handbook of Public Diplomacy," 1st edition with Philip M. Taylor and 2nd edition with Nicholas J. Cull.
