Marina Vivancos

To preface this, this book is the only one I have read by Marina in this series but it definitely did not disappoint! Ishir and Zane have been close friends for years and unknowingly to Zane, he had no idea that Ishir has had hardcore feelings about him. Zane has always teased him about getting with an Omega but Ishir insists that he prefers only Alphas. After Zane gets traded to Ishir's NHL team, the two are able to live together but that's where things get slightly tricky. Ishir is glad to be closer to Zane but has to keep himself in check with his feelings. He also has OCD that has been affecting him for years but Zane is used to it and helps him not fall to pieces when he's having an 'episode'.

Part of the OCD is that Ishir refuses to have an "O" unless their team wins that particular game. Zane finds out about this and is wanting to get in on the action. His involvement turns to interrupting Ishir during his private moments and becoming super possessive if Ishir is doing naughty things with anyone else.

All in all, the love that these two have for each other was top notch and swoon-worthy and definitely hit the mark.
