Dr. Jeff S. Volek is an Associate Professor of Kinesiology at the University of Connecticut. He holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Kinesiology and serves on the Editorial Board of Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise and the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research.
