This tome is meticulously researched and catalogued, but it lost a lot in my case because it cannot be obtained in TTS. If you have better eyesight, you will gain much from the author's diligence and ability to present a mountain of information about individuals in a particular geographical and historical time.
I requested and received a free temporary e-book from University of Toronto Press/UTP via NetGalley.
