Unfortunately, this was the last book written in this series despite plot hints of other issues and discoveries to be illuminated.
Swashbuckling adventure that makes me think of a future Indiana Jones. Aliens, Ruins, and cool guns! Yeah!
A standard story of Exploration and dead alien civilizations. The adventure moves quickly and deftly with a likable protagonist you can lose your self in as he uncovers mystery after mystery in this Universe which is populated by technologies and civilizations both Alive and Dead.
