Tee hee! This is a great little story with fun cutout peek-throughs in the pages. Everyone wants "the thing" to be theirs and the ending is the best when it is revealed what it is and to whom it really belongs. Super sweet - great for new and soon-to-be moms too!

At first I admired this book for its lovely watercolors. then as I read, I found it was funny. Humor is great way to approach fear. I mean the dark, girls, wasps, haircuts and plaid all can be scary!
This is a sweet book about giving yourself a chance to face your fears and have a positive experience.

Kiddo loved this

The title character, Orion, is like Scaredy Squirrel and Alvin Ho, in that he is scared of many things. The book has a collage-like design to it, with two spreads that feature a cut-out design. But several pages feature dark text on dark backgrounds, which makes the story difficult to read, especially at bedtime, for which this story is particularly suited.
