For those with an interest in Chadou, the Way of Tea.

Also known as Chanoyu, or the "Japanese tea ceremony", the Way of Tea is a practice that embodies the Zen principles of mindfulness and simplicity, as well as emphasizing graciousness between host and guest.

It is also a microcosm of Japanese culture, since the student of Tea also learns about ceramics, calligraphy, flower arrangement, kimono and textiles, incense, lacquering, and many other traditional arts of Japan.
