I use LibraryThing to track the books I own. During the pandemic I took the time to remove everything from shelves, scan it all in and reorganize my shelves somewhat by genre and that makes up for the collections I have within LibraryThing! Currently I'm reading historical fiction/romance, and buying books about bookbinding.

My name is Arielle (Air). I currently wear many hats: PhD student, librarian, teacher, and bookbinder. When I'm not working (PhD/librarian/teaching) I'm bookbinding. Currently I'm working on a project making historical models of books through time. It's been quite fun and I'm making miniatures of each which I love (and currently am growing a miniature book collection).
Aside from the above I'm also writing a historical fiction novel. It's got a dash of the suffrage movement and romance. It's gone through the beta reader stage and fingers crossed it's got one or two more rounds of edits before I can start to query and publish.
I love reading romance novels, but also fantasy and historical fiction. And without a doubt my favorite author is Tamora Pierce.
