Delta Archives and Edgar Dunning Reading Room
Over mijn bibliotheek

The Delta Archives and Edgar Dunning Reading Room is place where the public can access archival records and view a collection of non-circulating library materials. We are located in the City of Delta, British Columbia as part of the Douglas J. Husband Discovery Centre.

We are open to the public Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm. Access to the library and reference files is also available Saturday and Sunday 12-5 PM.

Over mij

The Delta Archives is the repository for the documentary heritage of Delta. These archival records are comprised of family papers, photographs, organizational and municipal government records. We also have hundreds of library books focused on local history and heritage. Archival records are the essential documentation of past activity, providing reliable evidence to the decisions and functions of government, the lives of individuals, and roles that private businesses and organizations played in the community. These records are preserved so anyone who is interested in Delta’s history can access them.
