I just published my first book on Amazon. This is exciting!

I traveled the globe, immersed in adventure after adventure. Then, I arrived in Marin County, San Francisco. I decided to get serious about my life and went back to school. I started my writing career when I wrote graduate papers at San Francisco State University for a Master's Degree; I really did improve with each paper. Then life and work took over. After this and that experience, I dragged my sorry tail home to New Zealand, and the rest is history. I live in a rural town (heaps better than Sausalito, haha), and am finding and loving who I am. Writing and publishing keep me sane; my goal is to create more books and perhaps an online course to assist folks with healthy habits off the grid, such as breathing techniques and liver cleansing (most, most important organ). If I can do it, so can those who buy and study my books and online courses.
