love (5), well (5), family (4), friendship (3), road trip (2), suicide (2), eating disorder (2), secrets (2), teenagers (2), vampires (2), death (2), summer (2), written through instant messages. it's not difficult at all to keep up. really liked it. (1), i love this author. my favorite one at the moment. this cover is stupid (i prefer the cover of the one at my library). (1), it was pretty cute. all of sarah dessen's books are. not my favorite though. still pretty good. (1), the main character is very smart and on the way to yale (1), this was okay. i haven't read it in a while. (1), basically this girl has a very unreliable best friend. really good. written all in notes and letters. (1), but kind of short. not my favorite book (1), and she is dealing with it. she freaks out because her mother is very emotional and unreliable (1), and the girl develops bulimia. i really could not put this book down and i really liked it. (1), but a very cute one. weight loss and self-esteem issues and (1), like all of this authors' books (1), OMG! THE BEST BOOK IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!! SO AMAZING!!! it really is a lot better than it sounds like it would be. (1), i liked this one.really entertaining. the girl is basically trying to become a fashion designer in nyc. (1), action packed. think pirates of the caribbean (1), i think most people know about this one. terribly sad (1), but the holocaust is a very interesting time that i tend to like reading about. (1), so cute. a very simple read. i throughly enjoyed this. adorable! (1), and you follow this girl's hard life as a poor family in brooklyn (1), but not good for pre-teens because of it being an adult book. (1), i had to read it for 9th grade summer reading. i really liked it (1), though. not really for younger readers. cultural. (1), a huge favorite. everyone i know loves it. she has body issues. i loved the character and the book. (1), an autobiography of beverly cleary. i really love it. i'm not quite sure why. (1), and the fact that it is written in IM's is really cool. (1), i've read this one a few times. i really liked this one. so many guys! but it isn't too hard to keep up with. keeps moving. (1), so sad. a holocaust true story of a boy. (1), but ended up really enjoying it. (1), i didn't really like the idea of it (1), before i read it. one of my favorites. it's better than it sounds. more realisitc than you might think. (1), really cute. another favorite of mine. recommended to you all. i really (1), definitely a classic. i didn't think i would like it (1), but the main characters are actually young kids! really good (1), but too advanced for pre-teens. (1), so it's about a girl. her dad is an alcoholic. it pretty much goes on about how this affects her and her mother and her 4-year old brother. it's pretty good (1), really good series. characters are amazing. (1), the first (and best) book in the series. way better than the movie. (1), an excellent successor to Twilight. a really great series. definitely not as great as the first (1), it was okay. not as good as the others. it is spanned out over 3.5 years (1), where it gets a little too fast. it is a pretty good book. (1), i used to really love this book. i'm a bit too old for it now (1), then it started to throw religion down my throat. that's when i decided that it sucked. (1), a GREAT book. omg! so amazing. well (1), it's a follow up to Twilight and New Moon. it's about choosing love. i could not put it down. this series is even (almost) better then harry potter! it's just so... realistic. (1), a 13 year old from Nepal gets sold into prostitution by her stepfather. this book is heartbreakingly sad and real. people sometimes forget about all the evil in this world. (1), but i think it could have been written better. (1), it was good. the character is slightly annoying though. (1), the entire book is over the course of one day. (1), but overall interesting. this teenage is moving to the "new world" when her past haunts her and people begin to blame her for being a witch. this book is actually a lot better than it sounds. it was a definite page-turner. (1), which i think is way too long. also (1), she acts like a total loser and a ho. (1), is pregnant and the book takes place throughout her pregnancy. i liked the characters and i like the overall point (1), but i definitely see points that would have made the book better. (1), it was pretty good. i wan't reallysatisified with the ending though. (1), okay. so here mom has mental dissabilities. she doesn't know who her father is (1), her neighbor who is afraid of going outside takes care of them (1), her mom and dad have mental issues and can't really take care of her (1), kind of cute. the annoying thing is that they curse too much. (1), so her grandma does. it's pretty cute (1), but also for a younger audience. pre-teen. still cute (1), abusive relationships. it's a real eye opener. you can really see how it all progresses. and it shows a little from the point of view of the abuser. oh! and it was also cool because they are all teenagers trying to be comedians. (1), but i don't care too much for all the magic. (1), better than i thought it would be. she is a trouble maker and they are pretty poor. live in (1), the ghetto. i really liked it. it makes it interesting.
