- Over mijn bibliotheek
- My library is heavy on science fiction from earlier years of reading, and with a mix of history, historical fiction, literature, non-fiction, childhood favorites, mysteries and a little bit of almost everything else. I collected science fiction magazines for a long time and have many still to read. Some of the books in my library, esp some series of mysteries and thrillers are shared books with my spouse and are included here so we can keep track.
I have tried to just rate books that I have read recently. Memory can play tricks. Generally a 2.5-3 star book is what I consider average. 3 1/2 stars would be a good book I would happily recommend. 4 stars and above means I really liked it. - Over mij
I got hooked on reading when I was young and the very small library near my home got visited a lot. I read a lot of non-fiction when I was younger but less now, although a lifetime interest in history keeps me interested in non-fiction and especially well done historical fiction. These days I read a mix of things.
My reading log and book comments and reviews for 2013-2023 are in the 75 book challenge group here:
