Fiction: Lots of science-fiction, and somewhat less fantasy; some mysteries, a few mainstream novels (I like Amy Tan, for example). Non-fiction is mostly technical: computer science, math (especially geometry), physics, theoretical biology, and systems theory.

I'm a professional software engineer, currently writing embedded software that controls church and pipe organs. I've worked in small companies, large companies, universities, and the military, and I can definitely say that Dilbert is not fiction.
