- I read mostly Fantasy and Science Fiction, but also enjoy some Historical Fiction from time to time. Non-fiction is another genre I like, with a preference for history, philosophy, psychology, ...
Most of what I read is in English. Other languages I read in are Dutch, French and German, one more than the other. It's only since March-April 2015 that I discovered the French SFF market, so I'm slowly adding such books to my collection.
I'll always try to go for the original language (any of the four aforementioned ones), unless for some reason the translation is a better option. However, if I don't understand the original language, I have no choice but to turn to translations (in any of the four aforementioned ones). Obviously. ;-) - Woonplaats
