Over mij

I am a writer, architect and artist and know that a book, a painting, a building or-- one person-- can change your life.

Like my protagonist, I hold a masters degree in architecture from Columbia University and attended
Barnard College where I graduated with degrees in political philosophy and art history. I've spent many
hours in the painting and architecture studios, both as a teacher and student.

Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Canadian parents, I've traveled extensively and grew up in Montreal spending much of my childhood in my room reading everything she could get her hands on. I live on the
North Shore of Massachusetts in a small oceanfront community with my husband, two daughters, and golden retriever.

I am currently teaching art history at Salem State University, designing things and working on my
second book—the prequel to Fare Forward.

F a r e Fo r w a r d is my first novel.
