I'm new here, and I got so many things going on that it will take a while to populate. I'm always open to recommendations.

Over mij

I’m a relatively new author. I’m a husband to a wonderful and caring wife, and a father to two awesome young daughters whom I’m very proud of. When it comes to what I read and write, I would say it’s very diverse. I love and share such a vast interest in things that I can read and see the beauty in most genres. My style also varies depending on mood and the plot of the story. Because I know how to write scripts, I like to blend that skill in some of my works. Sometimes, the story will be light on description to read quick, and at other times, I write at a slower more novel pace if I feel the story requires more depth. In the end, my stories are born to be a certain way, so I kind of let them go where they must. I also tend to write books heavy in human emotion. I think putting normal everyday people in high-stress circumstances makes for a great read. It’s like playing “the what if” game. For example, what would you do if you were stranded on an island with two kids you know nothing about, and both were gravely sick? What if you had a medical kit that could save one life but not two, how would you handle that choice, if there is a choice? I try very hard to simulate true responses from my characters in these types of situations. I think by doing this, even if the setting is not very plausible, the characters become more real because they think and act like real people and not like comic book characters (no offense to comic lovers). As for my personality, it’s the same as my interests, very diverse. I like crude humor, I like books that make me cry, I like long comma driven sentences. I love all sorts of music. Give me classical, give me Tupac, give me everything in between. My view on the world is stiff and can rub some the wrong way, while others put high value in my opinions. I personally don’t mind all views, even the ones opposite of mine. I think everyone has the right to an opinion, and I also believe it’s a philosophy that is sorely lacking today. I think if people would just take things easy, as to not get so upset, the world would just be an easier place to maneuver around. Now, I would encourage you to ask me anything you want.
