My library is a blend of three things, really. Secondary literature from courses taken or researching my thesis. Early American novels and scattered poetry. And fluff I read when my mind is spent, mainly "cozy" style murder mysteries! Oh, and books about food.

I'm a librarian currently living and working in Virginia. My waylaid academic research interests are centered around the study of social identity formation through textual exegesis. In other words, large scale storytelling or the study of mythology.
