- This is another one of Books Matter's projects. These books are for a school in Seikwa in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana. Seikwa is a community of about 7000 people with a high level of illiteracy. The books were shipped on Feb 22, 2014 and arrived in late May.
We are currently (Jan 2015) packing another 350 or so books to send to Ghana this month. - Over mij
- Books Matter sends books to schools in Ghana, West Africa. We are located in Toronto, where we collect donated books. We then ship the books to Ghana, thanks to monetary donations made at our website. Many of those donations come from generous LT members. (We thank you!).
