- Over mijn bibliotheek
- I try and be a judicious reader, and pass along anything that I weed from my own collection. I'm a techie, but have resisted e-readers up 'til now because I really love the whole experience of a book--the anticipation, the tactile and sensory components, the pure pleasure of turning the pages. Words make me happy. Especially ones strung together in a way that changes my thinking or makes my world bigger.
I have a book swap party every so often to regift the advance reader copies I've picked up and read from library conferences. I'll post when I do the next one--any bibliophiles in the Philly area are welcome to come! - Over mij
