- Over mijn bibliotheek
I have a bit of everything in my library, but at the moment I'm especially partial to supernatural-leaning horror-with-depth (think Tremblay, Masterton, Wesolowski), smart romcoms, books by autistic and LGBTQIA+ authors, and non-fiction about society and social issues. I've become a total audiobook convert in the last couple of years, especially since I have to take strong painkillers multiple times a day; being able to switch to listening when I'm drowsy really helps. Most of the books on my physical shelves are unread, because I'm quite good at letting go of books I've finished with and tend to only keep my favourites. It's been a very long time since I've been able to go book shopping thanks to my hip dysplasia/arthritis, but after my hip replacement this year the first things on my 'stuff I want to do' list involve finally getting back into actual bookstores, charity shops and the library. :)
- Over mij
I'm a 36 year-old English lass, autistic, pansexual, living in Derbyshire with my lovely mum (who doubles as my long-suffering carer) and our three cats, Millie, Domino and Leo. Things that make me happy include bright flowers, ducks, trees, smart comedy and books/movies/TV shows that feel like they were written just for me. ♥
