A man, with or without the wo-, is shaped by his books. Could, then, the shape of a man be gleaned by studying his library?

Well, no. Not really. There are many ways in which books change hands. They may be bought. They may be given as gifts. They may be salvaged from the trash heap, stolen away from certain death. They may be given, and received, as ill-fitting gifts. Some books simply appear, with no explanation as to whence they came, and are adopted as strays. No; books may shape a man, but a man usually isn't the only one populating his collection.

Tl;dr: Don't mock me for happening to own books written by Dan Brown.

Right, so I'm guessing interesting titbits of distinction goes here. Hmm.

I'm a male. Half of the population of the world shares that trait, so it's not much of a distinctive feature. Were I to say I'm a male of 24 years, however, the proportion is only a mere 4.5%, which is an improvement. So we have the distinction, but it's not yet interesting.

I was a countertenor in a rather renowned all-male choir for about twelve years. Currently, I'm a tenor in a smaller mixed choir. For a slightly longer while I also played the violin, though with less remarkable results.

I'm reasonably well-travelled, but for it to be a titbit I have to quantify it on some meaningful way. I've set foot in thirty countries on four continents, but such a tally is meaningless. The longest period of time I've been abroad was approximately six months, working as a volunteer in Uganda. Also not a good quantification. I've been around. Yeah. That'll do.
