Over mijn bibliotheek
The collection is a work in progress as I slowly add all these ebooks and sort out lost and missing books.
Over mij
Academic librarian with a love for 18th century novels by women.

My rating guide:
5 stars - A book I'm going to keep on my kindle so I can read excerpts at any time. Characters I love or a stand out plot (this doesn't always mean it's a realistic plot!). A book I come back to over and over.

4 1/2 stars - An even better book, probably with something beyond mere moral tales. Good characters I can relate to, great atmosphere, philosophical musings, a good example of its genre.

4 stars - A book I would read again. A good adventure or character driven story with a well-developed plot.

3 1/2 stars - Pretty enjoyable book with some plot problems, dull descriptions, or characters that fell flat.

3 stars - An okay, average book. I might forget and reread it, because it's not memorable.

2 1/2 stars - It was a book, all right. Probably finished for completion reasons, but I didn't enjoy it.

2 stars - I wouldn't read it again, because it's uninteresting or silly.

1 1/2 stars - Just very dull or uninteresting, but not a complete garbage fire.

1 star - Bad writing/editing or factually wrong.

1/2 star - Awful book-either offensive or completely factually incorrect. Possibly didn't finish it.
