My library is very diverse, I have many action and "who done it" books, but I also like any other kind if they are good. In particular I have holocause survivor biographies, books by Nobel and Booker's prize winners. From Latin America I have the famous Marques books, as well as Coelho, Mario Vargas LLosa...From Japan, I read all the books of Yukio Mishima that were translated into English, and of course SXoseki's I am a Cat, and a few others.
That's about all I can say about my multilingual library. I do Not have books written by politicians, but have numerous historical books; and, of course, I read the "classics", the Russians (Tolstoy, Dostoievski), the French (Balzac, Hugo). I am familiar with Romanian poets and writers, Israelis and Jewish authors. From Romania, I follow the works of Leonard Oprea.

A life-long academic, fluent in four languages, Romanian, French, English and Hebrew. Understand (but hardly speak) Yiddish and also understand (but not speak) Italian and Spanish. One cannot sell me in Russki, but my undestanding is vague. My Japanese is dormant. Wakarimasu, but not too much.
