Over mijn bibliotheek
We live in a house stuffed full of books a proportion of which are the stock of my partner's antiquarian book business. My own library comprises fiction and books on art and antiques books. I support my local library too so a lot of the fiction I read is borrowed from them.
Over mij
In addition to reading, my passions include cats (we currently have five little monsters), antiques, the Regency period, and art. Several years ago I gave up my job at the British Library and turned my passion for portrait collecting into a business. There is no greater job satisfaction for me than successfully restoring an 18/19th century portrait to his/her enthusiastic descendants.
