Book tastes

I read a little bit of anything and everything - fiction or non-fiction. What I really enjoy is seeing what favourites other people have. I have discovered a lot of interesting stuff over the years through Santathing. I live in Canada so generally read a lot of Canadian/American & British. I love that, but I am trying to read more translated stuff from around the world so that is always welcome. I am also trying to read more about current social issues (Indigenous Rights, LGBT+ Rights... that sort of thing)

Don't get this!

I don't generally enjoy romance novels (where romance is the main topic) and I am not religious at all. I'm open to most other things!

Other notes

My library here is pretty much up-to-date so you can be fairly certain that if it's not listed, I haven't read it. Anything tagged RLD is my husbands - he is the history nut in the family - I'm more of a social history fan (stuff like the history of blues music or history of marketing trends, that kind of thing)
