According to the DiscWorld Monthly Newletter Extra there are two TV releated news items:-
1) Sir Terry and Neil Gaiman have agreed on a deal for Good Omens to appear on TV
2) The Watch will be getting their own TV series

Nope sorry nothing so far. My guess is that the above anouncements were for the agreements being made then it will take time to develop these ideas into fully fledged scripts etc. before actually shooting etc commences.

Has anything come of this? The Watch is my favorite arc, and I would die to see it as a show.

Sorry nope. I had a look around http://www.pjsmprints.com/news/index.html but couldn't find any further info. It may have gone into limbo or hopefully it is still progressing but at a slow pace.
