I hope they can manage to make it with out all of the blood like in the book. That would be a little much, and not a lot of people would enjoy it because it would be extreamly gory.

but thats what made it the Hunger Games. but they would have to make rated r and they wont do that so there will probablly not be as much blood.

I'm sure it won't have too much blood. If it did, they'd have to up the rating and alienate the very audience the book was intended for in the first place.

I agree, but even just thinking about the first death in the games, the boy who was stabbed in the back and coughed blood on Katniss's face... How can they possibly do that on screen?... They'll just have to find the perfect balance between keeping it real/showing the true nature and brutallity of the HG and allowing the right audience to see it, which would probably be from age 10 or 11 up.

i think the audience age would at least be thirteen. if not older.

Yeah, they will definitely have to find a perfect balance. It will just take some good directing to figure it out how to go about doing it. The one I'm worried about is......

*don't know if I need a spoiler warning here but here it is*

......Rue. I worry about how they can handle her death without losing any of the emotion in it.
