Harrison's name keeps coming up in some research I am doing so I think I need to know a little more about him. I am looking for a biography that does a good job covering the years between the War of 1812 and his presidency, of course a book on his presidency would be very short.

I'd start with Mr Jefferson's Hammer, by Robert Owens. The classic bio of "Old Tippecanoe" was written by Freeman Cleaves.

Thank you. I have to look for Owens book. Cleaves is amazing it starts with a genealogy of the Harrisons that goes back several generations.

I'm working on my thesis about Tecumseh and have come across these articles regarding Harrison. Not the book your looking for but interesting none the less.

There is a group called the US Presidents challenge and I believe there is a lone for Harrison. You might get some ideas there as well.
