Which books of the ones out....or that you've read do you like the best so far?

I like Proven Guilty best closely followed by Summer Knight.

The same two for me but probably the other way around, although it's a close thing.

Well, I've only read up to Summer Knight and it's a tie between Grave Peril and Summer Knight so far!

I've only read the first four as well. Summer Knight was definitely a winner but I actually liked Storm Front a lot just because it was so new and different.

I guess White Knight so far has been one of my faves as Harry gets to develop his powers more. I agree with elbakerone as well the Storm Front was great as it introduced me to the series and Harry was still a bit well useless then.

I really didn't like White Night as much as I've liked the others. But that's my opinion though...for me there wasn't enough of the action that I had grown to expect from a Harry Dresden novel.

I am looking forward to Small Favor though. I read the first chapter on JB's website and it starts off very promising. =)

It starts off with a bang...literally the Carpenter house gets blown up!!

Only kidding.

But it does start off running and I'm sure that the rest of the chapters will continue the momentum. I thought that White Night was a little slow in comparison to the rest of the series...but I don't think that this book will be the case. I'm hoping that it will be a nice blend of action, humor and history because I really want to know more about Harry's past and his place in the big picture. JB keeps hinting at something and I'm ready for the big reveal. =)

*squeals with joy* Cant wait. I am with you on White Night. While I did enjoy it I think it was more a develop harry type book. Hopefully now Harry has shown some of his greater power JB will let Harry really cut loose with his powers.
