How the never-ending darkness,
which covers and poisons all the districts,
still manages to reflect the gentle white light,
which brings hope to so many.

How its evil beauty,
which manages to bring down,
even the strongest among us,
and even those, who are considered heroes,
cannot resist its natural temptaion

I am the nightlock that flows through your bones
taking the greatest and strongest,
making them wither and die,
and over time, disappear,
as they lie,
under their tombstones.
