Brilliant article on a treasured news-site, thanks for posting it. I am new around here but I have been a member of the true church for some time. I have been persecuted in the UK and refused a driving license by the authorities unless I remove my colander for my ID photo, which - because of my faith - I cannot do.

I think the UK authorities would be amazed how many of us drive 'illegally' (with no driving license) as a result of our faith.

I feel your pain. Hang in there and DO NOT COMPROMISE. Pastaphobia is everywhere but I hope you will continue to wear your colander with pride.

We wear the colander with pride but it is a strain!

Do LT Pastafarians have a reading based group of their own here on LT? If not maybe this is the clarion call to get one underway. There is a wealth of published FSM wisdom available to open-minded readers. The modern world needs us and we must answer that call.

>7 pinkozcat: So I wonder, when the ceremony is over, do they throw macaroni or spaghetti at the happy couple? You know, instead of rice...

Obviously a bit before my time. Looks like his hairdresser has an easy time though.

>12 Suspected.Spam: What is Orzo? A perfectly reasonable question.

You have just discovered that not everyone here will reach out and touch you with their noodly appendages.

In most enlightened parts of the world Orzo is known as Risoni.

But then, I think you knew that, did you not? I am sure that the lovely >11 Marissa_Doyle: certainly did. :o)
