Everwar: Cal Leandros Book 11

Does anyone have any inside scoop on Everwar, book 11 in the Cal Leandros series by Rob Thurman? It was supposed to be released 12/6. It’s listed in Goodreads and Fantastic Fiction. There is NO listing in Amazon or B&N. BookDepository, Amazon UK, and Powell’s say out of stock. There’s a 1 person, very incomplete listing here on LibraryThing.

Rob Thurman is not updating her website lately either.

Fantasticfiction lists Everware as UK only release on Dec 6 - there is no date given for US publishers.
I guess that is forthcoming when the publisher for the US is sorted... ??

Annoying, but often the case I have seen - UK months before US and vice versa.

I can't find where it shows as a UK only release. I see the following on Fantasticfiction:

which is confusing, if it's a USA Mass Market Paperback, why is it available at Amazon UK? (And it actually isn't available there.)

ISBN is also labelled USA.

What am I missing?

As to the why for and whereas re US versus UK etc - that would be down to the publisher and we plebs would know nothing. sigh

You are helping, thanks. I didn't know there are different sites for US and UK. It's just very confusing because the US site makes it appear as though the US edition releases 12/16.
