Found: girl cheats on boyfriend with his brother

the book is about this girl who dates her best friend/boyfriend and then cheats on him with his older, hot brother. The boyfriend finds out when the girl's mom writes a best selling novel on her daughter's cheating. The girl moves away then comes back for the summer and works at a hotel (I think) with her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend. Then the girl starts dating her ex-boyfriend's brother and the ex gets jealous.
