Wow, I haven't posted here since last July?!? Sorry, the group fell off the radar. This year, I've already gone through the pea season, sweet peas are still blooming, and it looks like a bumper tomato crop. Usually tomato plants go out in April here, then May and June are cool and cloudy months and they don't set anything until July. THIS year I saw seedlings at the nursery in early March and took a chance and put them in, then have been adding to them over the last 8 weeks. They set on tremendously! On 11 plants, I have over 30 tomatoes set on, probably more, and three have turned color already. NOW the May gray has set in, but these are already in the groove.
