MARCH 2019 THE HAPPY ENDING
Cabell's variation on the Thomas the Rhymer legend. It was later revised and retitled and used to conclude These Restless Heads.
Here, as it was published in the New York Herald Tribune Magazine in January 1932, it is called The Happy Ending and is graced with a very nice color illustration.
