Trying to locate the Berkley reprint of Elizabeth Daly's Murders in Volume 2

I'm trying to locate the Berkley F629 paperback edition of Elizabeth Daly's Murders in Volume 2 - or at least a jpg of the cover. Berkley reprinted most of her Gamadge series in the early sixties, and the others are readily available. If anyone who has a copy would upload an image I would be grateful; its for an on-line bibliography of her books.

WorldCat lists just two libraries with that edition, both Ohio university library special collections; I've been watching the bookselling sites for months with no luck.
