Chris Hammer's Scrublands is $1.38 US on amazon.com kindle. Good crime novel set in rural Australia.

Louise Erdrich's The Round House is $2.99 on Kindle and Kobo, at least in the US.

Amazon UK - A huge anthology of writing New Daughters of Africa by Margaret Busby is £2.59 on Kindle.

Amazon UK - Kindle daily deals include Elly Griffiths, The Postscript Murders - if you find reading about fictional murders escapist like me, I found this a fantastically escapist read at a very dark, sad autumn moment when the news and some of last year's losses really felt quite overwhelming.

The excellent nonfiction Devil in the Grove, featuring Thurgood Marshall in 1949 defending the Groveland Boys from charges of rape, is just $1.99 at Amazon and Kobo in the U.S., and possibly other ebook retailers.

A number of Ellery Queen titles are on sale for $1.99 at the usual ebook retailers, including Calamity Town the first in a handful of books set not in New York City but in upstate Wrightsville, NY. It is utterly wonderful and infinitely re-readable.

Lucy Malleson wrote over 60 crime novels in the early 20th century under the name Anthony Gilbert, and several novels and a memoir under the name Anne Meredith. The memoir was reprinted under the author's real name in 2019 and serialised here on the radio. It's available for £1.99. I remember the parts I caught sounded really interesting.

The Unexpected Inheritance of Inspector Chopra by Vaseem Khan is currently $2.99 on Kindle, Nook, Goggle Play, and Kobo.

Amazon UK: Perhaps Dorothy L Sayers' best known Lord Peter Wimsey/Harriet Vine novel, and my favourite, Gaudy Night is a Kindle Daily Deal at 99p. Some of the others come up on Kindle regularly but there are a few that I've never seen on a good offer before.

Long Bright River, a recent 4.5-star read for me from Liz Moore, is on e-sale for $1.99 at all the usual U.S. ebook purveyors — Kindle, Kobo, Nook.

Rosewater by Tade Thompson, one of the November authors for the British Author Challenge, is currently available for 99 cents from various retailers. Books two and three of the series are $3.99 and $4.99.

I like the site Thriftbooks.com. Their used books are in very good shape, and are priced reasonable, with points accumulated, free books are given. I've only had a problem with a quality of a book once. They paid for shipping for me to return the book.
