Welcome to MysteryKIT. As the title suggests, we read a variety of mysteries. Flexibility and fun are the only rules. It is up to each reader to decide how to make his or her reading selections fit the topics. Participation is encouraged but never required, for any and all months. Time to start planning your reading selections for 2022. The game is afoot!

Here are the topics and hosts for 2022 MysteryKIT:

January—DeltaQueen50—series
February--clue--cold case crimes
March--majkia—small towns, big secrets
April—mstrust—noir/hard boiled
May--Robertgreaves—detectives in translation
June—Tanya-dogearedcopy--historical fiction mysteries
July—christina_reads—Golden Age
August--majkia--technothrillers
September--lowelibrary--animal mystery
October--LadyoftheLodge--mysteries featuring food
November—Tess_W—Gothic
December—thornton37814–Holiday Mysteries

Each host should include a short description of the theme, with some suggestions to help readers make a selection, and post the thread by the 15th of the previous month (i.e October theme posted by September 15th). Hosts are asked to please post their topic links each month in this thread. Thanks!

A Stuart Kaminsky Rostnikov mystery is available today for $.99 USD:

I highly recommend this series, which isn't as readily available as it should be.

My apologies for the tardiness of getting up the December thread. It's here: https://www.librarything.com/topic/345957

It was just a very busy week, and I forgot it was my turn to host in all the business.
