I like to lie in bed and do most of my reading and I wonder whether I could field some views on this, in particular is it too small for FS books?

My wife gave me the burgundy version of this book support. It works well with my iPad in either sitting or semi-reclined position. I have never used it with books. I’ll give it a try tomorrow.

You’re welcome. I tried using the support with my copy of The Annotated Christmas Carol (10 x 9 x 1.5 inches) and it worked just fine. It also supports my FS Nonesuch edition of David Copperfield (10.5 x 6.75 x 2.75 inches and much heavier). Both books require a light touch on either side to keep the pages in place. It requires a leeward shift at the beginning and a starboard shift at the end; the middle 3/4 can be read with the book placed in the middle. It is very lightweight, allows for different elevation angles and provides good weight distribution (which is the intended purpose).
