When I try to export my library to excel, the downloaded file has an extra extension: "html", after the "xls" and I cannot figure out how to open or properly save from the export page to excel. Anyone know how to fix this?
I have an export from last year (I do this at the end of every year to make sure that I don't lose everything) that is aok, but this year, I just can't figure it out.

>1 Well-ReadNeck: Sorry for the trouble. Can you list your operating system and web browser that you're using? Do you have any browser add-ons or extensions? I'm not getting the .html when downloading my own export, will need to test this further. Thanks.

I know this reply is three years too late, but I had the same issue on my iPad today. I tried it on my MacBook and it worked fine. So I think it is an issue with tablets, perhaps iPad specifically.

>4 glitchbane: Maybe just a glitch? I had the TSV export being really, really slow at one time but that seems to have healed itself

>4 glitchbane: Sorry for the trouble. If it's still happening for you, could you please open a new bug topic at https://www.librarything.com/ngroups/897/Bug-Collectors with any specific details so I can try and reproduce it for you? Thanks!
