Can't access some Awards pages

When I click on some awards I just get a blank page. Examples: https://ru.librarything.com/bookaward/%25D0%2591%25D0%25BE%25D0%25BB%25D1%258C%2...
https://ru.librarything.com/bookaward/%25D0%2593%25D0%25BE%25D0%25BB%25D1%258F%2...
All of those I can't access have names in cyrillic, but some awards with cyrillic names are fine, for example: https://ru.librarything.com/bookaward/5%252B%25D0%25BA%25D0%25BD%25D0%25B8%25D0%...
I'm using Firefox.

It looks like the award page is failing to generate when the string contains only percentage-encoded characters:

In the above example:
The first URL relates to the award: "Большая книга"
The second is for: "Голямото четене"
The third one (the one which works), is for the award: "5 книг Постнауки" (note the "5" included in this award name)

Trying to get to an (imaginary) award named "Б龍y" succeeds in generating a page: https://www.librarything.com/bookaward/%D0%91%E9%BE%8Dy
But trying to get to one named "Б龍" fails: https://www.librarything.com/bookaward/%D0%91%E9%BE%8D
