Flagged reviews on the main page malformed

Flagged reviews on the main work page look malformed, code coming through, in the Dutch LibraryThing: https://www.librarything.nl/work/22360338 at the bottom of the thrird review
Noticing the same at the German and French site.

(It looked good before I logged in for German and French)

The English page looks fine.

It says:

They seem to have changed the graphics for the flags. I wonder if that messed something up.

Do the flags still look malformed? Do I need to be logged in on those sites? The flags look okay to me on my Chrome browser (I'm not logged in on .nl/.de/.fr, though).

I think it's the "flag this review" link that is messed up, which is only visible when logged in
