Going to try to cook more from my cookbooks and less from online sources. Hopefully, I will see which of my many cookbooks I actually use and want to keep and which need to find a new home.

1. The Silk Road The Complete Chinese Cookbook January 18, 2022 "Stir-Fried Lemon Chicken with Vegetables" p. 74 - Very quick to put together and cook. Everyone liked it. Next time I would cut the chicken into smaller pieces.
